I don’t believe in making too drastic a New Year’s resolution. For most people there’s still too much Christmas food in the house.
And if you’ve never jogged before or have an emotional attachment to something, then one particular day isn’t going to make you suddenly start running/stop the habit. You have to want to do it for you.
So…here’s mine anyway. I’m going to snack healthier. It’s very easy to say “I’m going to get the blog done and then have….a raisin and biscuit Yorkie (nom nom) or some Dairy Milk”.
Here’s my replacement, meant to be good for you….
And by being very public about it, I’m hoping I stick to it..for a while anyway!
